Join our customer success team to help educational institutions make the most of our platform. You'll provide training, support, and strategic guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful adoption of our platform
- Provide ongoing support and training to existing customers
- Identify opportunities for customers to maximize value from our products
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer needs
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
