Commission-Based Internship
This is a commission-based internship position. Earn 10% commission on qualified leads that convert to sales, plus performance bonuses for exceeding targets. Gain valuable sales and marketing experience while building your professional network.
Join our dynamic marketing and sales team to gain hands-on experience in EdTech lead generation and sales. This commission-based internship offers the opportunity to earn while learning real-world sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through social media outreach and content marketing
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences
- Support content marketing efforts including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers
- Help analyze marketing metrics and sales performance using analytics tools
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing initiatives and campaign strategies
- Assist with SEO optimization and content performance tracking
- Support event marketing and webinar coordination for lead generation
- Help manage influencer partnerships and community engagement
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Assist with CRM management and lead tracking
- Support sales team with prospect research and outreach materials
- Help create and optimize landing pages for lead capture
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Figma) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) is a plus
- Creative mindset with ability to think strategically about lead generation
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Available for 20-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Minimum 3-month commitment with potential for extension
- Must be based in the United States for remote work
