UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
• Establish and promote design guidelines and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and user-centered thinking
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
